I'm Larry Hamilton, a licensed health insurance agent based in Lexington, South Carolina. I've held an insurance license since 2008 and have helped people enroll in Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans since 2014. My business, National Health and Life, LLC, works entirely by phone and online, so you never need to visit an office.
Over the years I've helped with more than 8,000 Marketplace enrollments. Many clients come back every fall to review their coverage, because premiums, networks and tax credits change every year.
Credentials you can verify
- National Producer Number (NPN): 11384312. You can look it up through the NAIC State Based Systems license lookup or your state insurance department.
- Resident license: South Carolina, with nonresident licenses in each of the other states I serve.
- 2027 Marketplace certified: Completed CMS Marketplace agent registration and training for the 2027 plan year (Individual Marketplace).
- Approved enrollment platform: Enrollments go through HealthSherpa, an approved enhanced direct enrollment partner of HealthCare.gov, and through Georgia Access in Georgia.
