What's new in Georgia for 2027
Georgia runs its own state-based Marketplace, Georgia Access, instead of HealthCare.gov. Cigna and UnitedHealthcare are leaving for 2027, so their members need to choose a new plan, and Antidote Health Plan is joining.
Across the country, the median proposed 2027 premium increase is about 15% (Peterson-KFF Health System Tracker). The extra federal subsidies that capped premiums at 8.5% of income expired at the end of 2025, and the 400% of poverty "subsidy cliff" is back for 2027 (Congressional Research Service). That makes reviewing your plan and your income estimate more important than usual. See our 2027 subsidy income limits guide.

- Enter your Georgia ZIP code, household size and estimated 2027 income.
- Compare Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum plans side by side, including premiums after tax credits, deductibles, doctors and prescriptions.
- Pick a plan, submit your application and pay your first premium to activate coverage.
Prefer to talk it through? Call 803-851-3589. Because of new 2027 federal rules, you'll confirm by electronic authorization that you want an agent to help with your application (CMS, Sept. 2026).
