Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage runs November 1, 2026 – January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1. Georgia residents enroll through Georgia Access, not HealthCare.gov.

If your plan is leaving Georgia

Cigna and UnitedHealthcare are leaving the Georgia Marketplace for 2027. If you have one of those plans, you need to pick a new one by December 15 to avoid a gap in coverage on January 1. Antidote Health Plan is joining for 2027.
