If your plan is leaving Florida
Cigna is leaving Florida's Marketplace for 2027, and Sunshine State Health Plan products are being discontinued. If you have one of those plans, choose a new plan by December 15 to avoid a gap in coverage on January 1. Sunshine State members who don't choose are moved to Ambetter.
