Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage runs November 1, 2026 – January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1.

If your plan is leaving Florida

Cigna is leaving Florida's Marketplace for 2027, and Sunshine State Health Plan products are being discontinued. If you have one of those plans, choose a new plan by December 15 to avoid a gap in coverage on January 1.
